Admission
The DCNHS will accommodate new, transferring and returning students who desire to enroll in this institution provided that they meet the following requirements:
New Students/Transferees
- Form 138 A or Report Card of the grade year last attended;
- Certificate of good moral character from the principal of the school last attended;
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate;
- 2copies of 1×1 recent I.D. picture
- Report for an interview with parents guardians at the Guidance Office;
- Interested in coming First Year students must pass the qualifying test for specific programs ESEP and SPA.
Old Students
- Form 138 A or Report Card
- Students with failing grade/mark of three units or more will be admitted to the same year level;
- Students who are retained in their curriculum year will undergo interview with parents and sign the “kasunduan” at the Guidance Office.
